SMA Primary Partners with Urban Synergy
Our pupils recently took part in an inspiring and dynamic careers session with Urban Synergy, a leading youth empowerment charity. The event brought a wealth of industry experience directly to our students, sparking excitement about their future pathways.
An Expert Panel of Speakers
The children had the privilege of hearing from an incredible panel of professionals who have reached the top of their respective fields:
- An Inspector from the Metropolitan Police, who shared insights into public service, leadership, and community safety.
- A Data Scientist, who gave students a fascinating look into the world of technology, coding, and how data shapes our modern world.
- The Founder and CEO of Urban Synergy, who shared her personal story of leadership, vision, and building a charity dedicated to lifting up young people.
Unlocking Key Skills for the Future
During the interactive session, the speakers shared their personal career journeys, discussed the essential skills needed to thrive in their roles, and answered a series of thoughtful, mature questions from our pupils.
It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to learn about a diverse range of exciting industries and to see first hand how determination, hard work, and confidence can open doors to endless opportunities.
