Harvest Festival – Supporting Lewisham Foodbank 2025

Continuing the great work that St Matthew Academy does to support our local community, this October we came together once again to collect donations for Lewisham Foodbank.

Harvest is a special time of year when we give thanks to God for the food and blessings we receive. It’s also a moment to reflect on those who may not have as much and to share what we can with others. At St Matthew Academy, we are deeply committed to helping those in need, and our partnership with Lewisham Foodbank is one way we put our faith and values into action.

We are incredibly proud of our pupils, families, and staff for their generosity and kindness in supporting this year’s collection. Your donations will make a real difference to individuals and families across Lewisham who rely on the foodbank’s vital services.
