A group of talented SMA artists had the opportunity to do a workshop as part of the BioMedia Meltdown Competition run by the Linnean Society of London earlier this year. This year's BioMedia Meltdown Competition garnered 1500 entries through 94 workshops in schools, libraries, hospitals and other community centres. Fewer than 1 in 10 submissions were sent to the final round of judging.

We are so proud of two of our pupils, Mira and Edibeth, for creating amazing ‘Funky Fungi’ and for being finalists in the competition. Well done!
